First of all, holy s*** what a blast! I have had that much fun since thailand when that hooker did the thing with the..... never mind, another time. But really I sstill have pain in my side not from operating but laughing. We have a great group on our hands. ALL in all when did an good job. You guys made me proud to be your squad leader. I'm gonna break this down into pros and cons. So here is the pros. Discipline was fantastic. No one lost their minds or their tempers out there. I didn't hear any b.s. about tan not calling their shots even though sometimes they didn't. Everyone did their jobs. Movement for the most part was good, hey we are learning right. Saw some individuals really step up their game and show they want to be apart of this group we have started. I think we gained some respect from other out their , strike that, I know we gained respect from other teams out there. But most of all we were some bb flinging, technical destroying, ufs killing machines. Some things we need to work on. Call out those damn targets, remember distance and direction. Hand and arm signals, I'm not the best on this s*** either, hell I as a tanker, we always had com helmets on. We will have a class on it and I would urge you to look at Obi1's post about them. Don't move to forward of the line, ask porkchop, Conditioning. You don't have to freakin run or do mayo's ultimate milsim workout but you do need to hydrate and have stellar footwear. Fire discipline. You don't always have to shot the first target you see if you have the drop on them. hell I'm guilty of it too. Sometimes it can't be helped, I got that, but sometimes it's best to have eyes on so we can move on them and get more kills. Our fire team stucture kinda fell apart. This is on me and the loss of players though out the op. This problem will be remedied. Gear, make sure that s*** is up and working. This includes kit. Always have a backup. I'm sure I missed some trash so make sure you commit and we will address them as a team. I'm proud of you guys, you kicked ass. NOT TODAY! Kain out.

A suggestion for when you do the class. Video it. Then is can be posted and shared with everyone that is not able to make the class. That way everyone will be on the same page as to which signal means what. And later on when new folks come along the video will be a great resource.
