The Setting:
Fifteen years ago, militia groups rose up and seized portions of the United States. "The Uprising", as it is now called, fractured the United States into three factions.
All three factions are fighting over the agricultural riches of the Illinois and Iowa areas.
Both the Burdette Union and the Georgia Republic still use United States currency.
The Plain Lands do not use United States currency within its borders. It has its own currency for internal use. It uses natural resources or dollars for trading with the other two factions.
The factions are:
The Georgia Republic: Covers the South, everywhere from Arkansas, Virginia (except for Washington DC) and Kentucky and parts further south. The Georgia Republic is a military-state so the citizens of these territories are actually not very wealthy since most of their money and trading is used for the military.
The Burdette Union: The Union is what is left of the United States. The Burdette Union is wealthier than the Georgia Republic. The reason why is because it has two printing presses and plates still capable of printing official, pre-Uprising currency.
The Plain Lands: The Plain Lands is everything west of the Mississippi, except for Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Mexico has reclaimed these three former states.
The Capital of the Plain Lands is located in Colorado Springs. Plain Lands' armed forces receive orders from “The Tower”. The Plain Lands soldiers are a tactical strike force trained to obey every order given to them. These territories are not wealthy but they manage by making deals with the other two territories.
Recently, word has spread of a currency printing press and currency printing plates in Illinois. The word traveled quickly to the capitals of all three territories. Each territory started forming plans to capture the press and plates.
The Plain Lands was first to respond to this rumor. The Tower sent troops and a Tower relay station to Illinois. Their orders: secure the plates and make the best deal for the plates.
The Burdette Union and the Georgia Republic have both dealt with the Plain Lands but The Tower has double-crossed both sides in the past. As a result, both the Burdette Union and the Georgia Republic have sent their own troops to secure the printing press and plates for themselves.
For the Game:
Colors-
Burdette Union (Green): Woodland, Marpat
Georgia Republic (Tan): 3 color Desert, Multicam
Plain Lands (Civilian Clothes): Street clothes, jeans and such. Do not wear green or tan colors at all. Do not wear a green or tan shirt with your jeans. This faction ONLY takes orders from The Tower.
Each side has the same objective:
gain control of the press and plates.
SPECIAL RULES:
The Plain Land forces must follow ALL orders from the Tower relay station.
Either the Burdette Union or the Georgia Republic can take control of the Tower relay station and give orders to the Plain Lands' team.
Tower relay station personnel cannot be eliminated. To control the Tower relay station, attackers must occupy the Tower relay station area and cannot be taking any fire. Once the attackers satisfy these requirements they can then have the Tower relay station issue to the Plain Lands forces whatever order(s) the attackers wish. The Plain Lands forces MUST obey these orders.
